How do I choose the right size?
Open our Size Guide and compare the garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. If you are between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, choose the larger size.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Select Cash on Delivery during checkout. Some PIN codes or high-value orders may require a quick WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
How can I pay online?
Choose UPI at checkout, pay using the displayed UPI ID or QR code, then send your order details on WhatsApp. Replace the placeholder UPI details before launch.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally dispatched in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your PIN code.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused, unwashed items with original tags can be requested for return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for the full conditions.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter the coupon on the cart page and tap Apply. Use CAMPUS10 for 10% off your first order.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID. Until courier tracking is connected, send the order ID to us on WhatsApp for a live update.
How should I wash my Urban Yuva clothes?
Wash similar colours together in cold water, use mild detergent and dry in shade. Turn printed T-shirts inside out and avoid ironing directly on prints.
